Mar Roxas announced to the world that he is backing out so the heroes’ son, Noynoy Aquino can run for president. mar painstakingly lined up the adjectives, the adverbs and all the dramatic monologue just to say he’s making way for Noynoy.

Even before Noynoy could decide.

Hmmm…many colleagues (on facebook) are saying (and i agree) that after Noynoy’s public announcement of going to a religious retreat to help him decide whether he would run for president or not, the Son of the Moment would just say, “i am not running for president because i feel in my heart that Mar would be a better president for this country. I am making a sacrifice for this country and this is one of the heaviest decisions i took in my life…”

So pogi points silang dalawa. and i applaud the liberal party for thinking of this tactic, bleeding cory’s death and the filipino people’s sympathy dry…or redirecting sympathy into votes. brilliant!

that’s not all. they are playing the waiting game with the media, exploiting all the media mileage they can get for free!!! they’re taking us for a ride. but hey, that’s politics.
